Customizing Meaningful Promo Items
November 9, 2009 marked the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall. During a conversation about this momentous occasion, a Pinnacle employee mentioned that her grandparents bought a section of the legendary wall. They display this item in their home, as a reminder of the times. Although pieces of the Berlin Wall are hardly promo items, they both share certain symbolic qualities. Just as her grandparents display the Wall because they find it significant, recipients are more likely to keep meaningful promo items and utilize them on a daily basis. In order to customize meaningful promo items, consider what functions the end-user will value the most.
